Brief Introduction to Project Management for Software Developers

In this 2 hour lecture series, I give a overview of key project management concepts such the definition of a project vs. operations, the role of a project manager, who are stakeholders, how to define project success. Then I delve into an overview of the key activities required to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close a project. I touch on scheduling, estimating, risk management, and resource management.
