The Ministry of Education / Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and USAID (administered by Creative Associates International) requested a thorough analysis of the legacy data systems at the Ministry in view of presenting solutions that offer data integration.
We utilised our significant expertise in project management and systems architecture to propose a time-phased project plan for implementing the Ministry’s IT Data Integration requirements. We produced a statement of project work to be used in conjunction with a formal tender process by the Ministry to procure a vendor for implementing the first phase of the proposed project.
We performed a thorough systems analysis of the ministry’s data systems and data flows. We produced a report describing the problems, strengths, and weaknesses in the current systems, and proposed a road map for the future based on his findings. In addition, we produced an architectural design for the proposed IT system for the Ministry with full compliance with the e-Government SOA architecture adopted for use by the Government of Jordan.
