Enter the Lock Stock and Barrel software. This software can store all relevant information about departments, personnel and their keys, their access levels, as well as the hierarchy of master keys and key pinning and lock type and section.
The key pinning information is very sensitive and would allow a locksmith to design a master key hierarchy. And it would allow the locksmith to cut and assign these keys to personnel.
